What sets your business apart from similar ones on Long Island?
Queens Long Island Medical Group is one of the largest Physician owned health care operations in NY. With over 250 primary care and specialty care physicians and 22 medical office locations. QLIMG provides all inclusive care, for the entire family, including x-rays, diagnostic tests such as mammograms and lab work all in-office. QLIMG also offers weekend office hours and urgent care for all non-life threatening injuries, as well as state of the art facilities boasting the latest in cutting-edge medical technology.

Describe the business climate on Long Island as it pertains to your company:
The Long Island community is vibrant and ever changing. We continuously look at ways to improve our standing with in the community and to grow with the many hardworking businesses located all over the Island. In the recent year QLIMG has expand to accept most all health insurances and benefit plans. Our goal is to partner with many of the businesses on the Island around employee wellness. Businesses who are proactive about employee wellness benefit from less absenteeism, enhanced work performance and general positive sentiment about the company.

What drew you to becoming a member of the Islanders Business Club?
We realize that the Islanders are a staple in Long Island, and we too wish to further establish the Brand of QLIMG and to solidify Queens Long Island Medical Group as one of the premier health care operations in NY. The Islanders are leaders on the ice and are leaders in healthcare, it is a natural fit.

What do you hope to get out of your membership?
We hope our membership will provide us with a broader connection to other businesses on the Island, an opportunity to showcase our company and a chance to be associated with a great club like the Islanders.
